White Sauce and Corns
| Ingredients:
1/4 cup cheddar cheese 1/2 tin sweet corns 1/2 cup chicken stock 1 tsp flour 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp black pepper 1 kg chicken 1 capsicum, chopped 1-2 lemon 2 tbsp green masala Salt to taste |

Method:
- Boil chicken in green masala and a little salt, leaving half a cup of chicken stock.
- Heat oil and add flour and chicken stock stirring continuously.
- Add corns, chopped capsicum and chicken.
- Add grated cheddar cheese and allow it to simmer for a while.
- Add salt, pepper and lime to taste.
