White Sauce and Corns

Ingredients:

1/4 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 tin sweet corns
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 tsp flour
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp black pepper
1 kg chicken
1 capsicum, chopped
1-2 lemon
2 tbsp green masala
Salt to taste

Method:

  • Boil chicken in green masala and a little salt, leaving half a cup of chicken stock.
  • Heat oil and add flour and chicken stock stirring continuously.
  • Add corns, chopped capsicum and chicken.
  • Add grated cheddar cheese and allow it to simmer for a while.
  • Add salt, pepper and lime to taste.
