1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp fresh parsley
1 tsp mustard paste
1½ tbsp chopped onion
2½ tbsp sweet pickle, finely chopped

Method:

• In a bowl, stir together all the ingredients until well mixed.
• Refrigerate in airtight container if not using immediately.
