Method:
- Saute the onion in oil til transparent.
- Add the meat and dry its water.
- Add all the ingredients and enough water to allow it to tenderize.
- Cover and cook on low heat til meat becomes tender.
- Garnish with fresh dhuniya leaves and chopped green chilies.
