Ingredients:  
Mutton/chicken/beef 1 kilo
Onion chopped 250 gm
Tomato chopped 250 gm
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Whole black pepper 5-6
Cloves 4-6
Bari illaichi 2
Illaichi 3 small
Zeera 1/2 tsp
Salt acc to taste
Whole dried red chilies 8-10
Dhuniya seeds or dhuniya powder 1 tbs
Cinnamon 1 stick
Leaf 1 bay
Yogurt 100 gm
Haldi powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 3-4 tbs

Method:

  • Saute the onion in oil til transparent.
  • Add the meat and dry its water.
  • Add all the ingredients and enough water to allow it to tenderize.
  • Cover and cook on low heat til meat becomes tender.
