Spicy Fingers

| Potatoes |

| Oil |
to deep fry |
| Salt |
to taste |
| Pepper Corns (crushed) |
1/4 tsp |
| Red Chilli Powder |
1/2 tsp |
| Chaat Masala |
1/2 tsp |
| Cheese (grated) |

Method:
- Scrub and wash the potatoes clean. Cut into long pieces with out peeling.
- Put the pieces in ice-cold water. Drain.
- Heat oil and deep-fry the potato pieces till golden brown. Drain.
- Mix salt, crushed peppercorns, red chilli powder, chaat masala and sprinkle this on the fried potato pieces.
- Put them on a plate, sprinkle grated cheese over and bake in a preheated oven (180° C) for 10-12 minutes.
