Spicy Fingers
Ingredients:
Potatoes 4 large
Oil to deep fry
Salt to taste
Pepper Corns (crushed) 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala 1/2 tsp
Cheese (grated) 2 tbsps

Method:

  • Scrub and wash the potatoes clean. Cut into long pieces with out peeling.
  • Put the pieces in ice-cold water. Drain.
  • Heat oil and deep-fry the potato pieces till golden brown. Drain.
  • Mix salt, crushed peppercorns, red chilli powder, chaat masala and sprinkle this on the fried potato pieces.
  • Put them on a plate, sprinkle grated cheese over and bake in a preheated oven (180° C) for 10-12 minutes.
