Seviyan
Ingredients:
Seviyan 50g
Condensed milk 1/2 tin
Milk 1/2 litre
Raisins 2 tbsp
Nuts 2 tbsp
Ghee or butter 1 tbsp
Powdered 2 cardamoms

Method:

  • Heat ghee in a pan, fry the seviyan till light brown.
  • Bring milk to boil. Add condensed milk, seviyan and cardamom powder.
  • Cook for 2 to 3 minutes and top with raisins and nuts.
  • Serve hot.
  • Serves: 6-8
  • Preparation time: 10-15 minutes
