Peas Kofta Curry

| Garlic |

| Tomatoes |

| Onion |

| Turmeric powder |
½ tsp. |
| Coriander powder |
2 tsps. |
| Cumin seeds, roasted |
¼ tsp. |
| Garam Masala |
1 tsp. |
| Dry red chilies |
6 nos. |
| For the koftas |

| Poppy seeds |
1 tsp. |
| Green Peas (shelled & boiled) |
300 gms. |
| Potatoes (boiled & peeled) |
300 gms. |
| Gram flour |
As required |
| Salt |
To taste |

Method:
- Mix all the ingredients under koftas into a paste and roll into balls.
- Deep fry these balls and keep aside.
- Fry the minced onion till they turn brown, then add the remaining spices with the chopped tomatoes.
- Add a little water and cook until the gravy comes to a boil.
- Lastly add the fried koftas, simmer and remove from heat.
