| For the Masala |

| Red chilies |

| Coriander seeds |

| Jeera |

| Pepper |

| Poppy seeds |

Method:
- Fry all the masala ingredients and grind to a fine paste with the fried coconut and fried onion.
- Heat 2 tbsps. ghee in a vessel and fry the chopped onions till red, then add the mutton and fry for a while.
- Then add the ground masala, salt, chopped tomatoes and boil until mutton is cooked.
- Then add the cabbage and cook for 5 minutes, remove and serve hot.
