Masala Qeema

Ingredients:

Qeema 1 kg
Hara dhania a bunch
Green chillies 125 gms
Onions(chopped) 4
Ginger/garlic paste 4 tbsps
Cinnamon sticks 4
Cloves 5
Black pepper (whole) 15 - 20
Black Cardamom 5
Salt to taste
Oil as desired

Method:

  • Grind the hara dhania and green chillies with a pinch of salt.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the cinnamon sticks, black pepper, cardamom, cloves and fry
  • Then add the onions and fry till they become golden brown
  • Add the qeema and ginger/garlic paste. Let it cook till it is almost done
  • Now put in salt and hara masala (ground dhania and green chillies) and cook for 15-20 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped green chillies and hara dhania.
