Lamb And Green Bean Stew
 
Ingredients:
 

Lamb
700 gms
Green Beans
450 gms
Oil
2 tbsps
Onions (chopped)
1 cup
Garlic (finely Chopped)
1 tsp
Ginger (finely Chopped)
1 tsp
Green Chillies
5 nos
Red Chillies
3 nos
Pepper Powder
1 tbsp
Dried Herbs
1 tbsp
Potatoes (diced)
2
Salt
to taste
Water
2 cups

Method:
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the lamb pieces and brown them. Drain and keep aside.
  • Add chopped onions to the same skillet and cook for a while.
  • Add minced ginger and garlic and cook over high heat.
  • Add green and red chillies and saute.
  • Add pepper powder, dried herbs and mix.
  • Add lamb pieces,diced potatoes, green beans, salt and mix.
  • Add water, cover and cook till the meat is cooked.
