Method:
- Start by sifting flour into a bowl
- Add eggs and milk to form a smooth paste
- Keep the batter to rest for 30 minutes
- Now, heat the pan and grease it well
- Put 2 tbsps of mixture into the pan and cook on medium heat until light golden brown
- Turn pancake and cook on the other side.
- Repeat with remaining batter
- The next step is to heat butter, add in the fruits, lemon juice and let it cook till the fruits become a little soft
- Now add in sugar and sprinkle cinnamon powder.
- Remove from heat
- In the end add cream and mix well
- Spread 1 heaped tbsp of the prepared filling in each pancake and roll it up
- Garnish with roasted nuts and your pancakes are ready to be served
