Ingredients:  
Marinate:  
Salt according to taste
Lemon juice 2-3 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Chili powder 1/2 tsp
Batter for frying:  
Basin (channa powder) 4-5 tbs
Salt according to taste
Chili powder 1/2 tsp

Method:

  • Water to make paste (not too thick or thin)
    Coat the fish with the marinate and leave for 2-3 hours in fridge.
