Fish in Masala
| Ingredients: |

| Fish(washed with salt or vinegar or lemon) |
1/2 kilo |
| Green chilies |
3-4 |
| Fresh dhuniya leaves |
1 cup |
| Garlic paste |
1 tsp |
| Salt according |
to taste |
| Haldi powder |
1/4 tsp |
| Lmli water |
2 tbs |
| Yogurt |
2 tbs |
| Tomato |
1 large |
| Onion |
1 medium size |
| Methi |
1 tsp |

Method:
- Grind all the spices together except onion and methi. Fry the onion in oil.
- Add the grinded spices and methi ad dry the water. Add the pieces of fish and leave on very low heat. Cover and cook til soft. Add a litle water if necessary. do not cook the fish for a long time otherwise it will become hard.
