Method:
- Mix the egg yolks and grated chocolate together and put them in a glass bowl over boiling water, wait for the chocolate to melt completely.
- Let it cool. Whip the cream and sugar in a bowl, add to the chocolate and egg mixture.
- Beat the egg whites separately until they are soft and foamy.
- Gently fold into the chocolate mixture.
- Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate flakes and grated nuts.
- Refrigerate and serve chilled.
Tip: You can set the mousse in small bowls or ice-cream goblets to make individual servings. |
