Chicken Chow Mein
| Ingredients:
300g fresh egg noodles 2 chicken breasts, cubed 2 tbsp sesame oil 2 tbsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp sugar 2 carrots, peeled and sliced into batons 1 red pepper sliced, 1 clove garlic, minced 1/5 cup peas 75g baby corn 3 tbsp spring onions, sliced |

Method:
- Marinate chicken in 2 tbsp soy sauce and sugar for 30 minutes.
- Prepare the vegetables.
- Heat oil in a wok until it is almost smoking, and stir-fry the chicken, carrots, garlic and baby corn for 3-4 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, sugar and cook for a further 3-4 minutes until the chicken is completely cooked.
- Add peas and noodles, sesame oil and spring onions, Toss well and serve hot.
