Butter pecan cake
Ingredients:  
All purpose flour 2 cups
Sugar 1 1/2 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Butter 1/2 cup
Eggs 3
Oil 1/3 cup
Chopped pecans 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Water 1 1/4 cup
For Chocolate Frosting:  
Milk 1 cup of
Powdered white sugar 3 cups
Butter 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp

Method:

  • In a bowl, mix all ingredients with a hand blender for 30 seconds at medium speed.
  • Then mix this for 2 minutes at high speed.
  • Transfer the mixture into preheated oven at 350 degrees F on a greased and floured baking pan. Bake for about 30-40 minutes.
  • Decorate with chocolate frosting.
