- Method:
- Marinate the chicken in soya sauce, worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, white pepper, salt and oil for 3 to 4 hours.
- While the chicken marinates, prepare the barbecue sauce.
- To make the sauce fry garlic till golden brown and add tomato sauce, water, vinegar, sugar and oil.
- Cook for a few minutes on low heat till the sauce thickens.
- Fry the marinated chicken and add barbecue sauce and 1/4 cup warm water to it.
- Cook till the chicken becomes tender.
- Arrange rice in the centre of the dish.
- Set the chicken on boiled rice.
- Now pour the barbeque sauce on top. Enjoy.
