Barbeque Sauce

Ingredients:

 Tomato sauce 1/2 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped 3-4 cloves

  • Method:
  • Marinate the chicken in soya sauce, worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, white pepper, salt and oil for 3 to 4 hours.
  • While the chicken marinates, prepare the barbecue sauce.
  • To make the sauce fry garlic till golden brown and add tomato sauce, water, vinegar, sugar and oil.
  • Cook for a few minutes on low heat till the sauce thickens.
  • Fry the marinated chicken and add barbecue sauce and 1/4 cup warm water to it.
  • Cook till the chicken becomes tender.
  • Arrange rice in the centre of the dish.
  • Set the chicken on boiled rice.
  • Now pour the barbeque sauce on top. Enjoy.
