5 cups vanilla ice cream
6 shortcakes
6 bananas, sliced
Chocolate sauce

Method:

• Using a knife, trim the edges of the shortcake and level the base.
• Place one-third of the ice cream and banana on top;spread them evenly to make a levelled base.
• Add another layer of shortcake, ice cream and bananas.
• Chill in the freezer and top with chocolate sauce.
