Ingredients:

1 kg beef or mutton
1 inch ginger, thinly sliced
2 cups oil
2 tsp ginger paste
2 tsp garlic paste
2 tsp black pepper powder
2 tsp coriander powder
4 onions, blended
3 green chillies, sliced
Salt to taste

Method:

  • Wash and drain the beef.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add onion paste and stir for four to five minutes.
  • Add beef with ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper and coriander powder.
  • Cook the ingredients on low heat till oil separates from the gravy.
  • Transfer to a bowl and garnish with ginger slices and green chillies.
