Sweaty Matthew McConaughey
 Matthew McConaughey makes sure he sweats every day.
The 'Fool's Gold' actor, who became a father for the first time last month, believes that by perspiring he ensures he is always sweet-smelling.
He said: "I try to break into some kind of sweat every day. I think if you don't clean the pores out every day, then you are going to need some aftershave to cover up the smell.
"Breaking a sweat does a lot for my mind too. It is an active form of meditation. It gets the brain all connected and firing on all cylinders."
Earlier this year, the 38-year-old star confessed he upset his 'Fool's Gold' co-star Kate Hudson by refusing to wear deodorant during filming.
He said: "Kate always bought a salt rock, which is a natural deodorant, and said, 'Would you please put this on?' "
In May, US company Axe sent the Hollywood hunk a year's supply of pocket-sized body spray to ensure his girlfriend Camila Alves didn't dump him.
