Kelly Brook admits she prefers herself to be "heavier" and loves cuddling with her boyfriend and eating cake on the sofa.

Kelly Brook prefers to be "heavier" than her current weight.

The 32-year-old model-and-actress - who is famous for her curvy figure and large bust - loves sitting at home with her boyfriend Thom Evans and indulging in calorific treats, but knows how to stop herself from indulging when she needs to.

She said: "I love my body. The curvier I am, the happier I am. I think that's true of most girls. When you've got a lovely boyfriend you just eat cake and kiss on the sofa. It's lovely!

"The heavier I am, the more I like my boobs and bum, and the happier I look. I'm lucky - I can eat what I want in moderation and I don't have to exercise religiously. I'm just sensible and healthy and I never sit still for long."

Kelly admits there are some parts of her body which she would be happy to change but on the whole she is completely satisfied with her image.

She told LOOK magazine: "I could do with toning my tummy a bit more, but overall I wouldn't change anything. I'm a stone heavier than I was in my 20s. I don't think that's from my lifestyle changing, it's just from getting older. But I reckon I've got the opposite of body dysmorphia. I think I'm a size zero until I see pictures of myself and realise I'm not!
