Anderson Campaigns Against Kfc Postage Stamp Anderson Campaigns Against Kfc Postage Stamp.... Pamela Anderson has written a furious letter to the Us Postmaster General slamming Kentucky Fried Chicken's campaign to have founder Colonel Harland Sanders honoured on an American postage stamp.
The former Baywatch star, who's a staunch animal rights activist, objects to Kfc's treatment of chickens and insists it would be unethical for Sanders to be granted the prestige of appearing on a postage stamp.
In the angry letter to John E Potter she writes, "Honouring a man whose legacy involves breaking animals' bones and scalding animals to death in defeathering tanks is contrary to the values of most compassionate citizens, and I hope that you'll deny Kfc's request. How about another Elvis stamp instead?"
