Vicky (Ajay Devgan) and Saakshi (Preity Zinta) are con artists. Vicky, while
on the run from some hoodlums, takes shelter in a house...and discovers to his
utter shock that he resembles the house-owner's dead son, Rohit (Ajay again !!).
Rohit's father asks Vicky to impersonate Rohit for a while as Neha (Madhuri
Dixit), his daughter-in-law, thinks that her husband is still alive. Vicky
agrees and manages to convince Saakshi that it is in their best interest to do
so. She agrees, albeit reluctantly.
