Yeh Pyar Hi To Hai comes from the team that gave us the blockbuster Saajan. Produced by Sudhakar Bokade and cinemtographed and directed by Lawrence D'souza, the film also has Saif Ali Khan, Pooja Bhatt and Atul Agnihotri.

Vijay (Saif Ali Khan), living a luxurious life, is a jovial person with a devil-may-care attitude. Many beautiful girls beocme his innocent victims. Gopal (Atul Agnihotri) is his bosom pal living in the same house for quite sometime now. He treats life as serious affair. One fine day, with the help of Gopal, Vvijay meets a tourist called Seema (Pooja Bhatt) and ultimately falls in love with her.

When Seema leaves, Vijay feels quite lonely and is lost in her memories. Seema writes to him informing that her father has agreed to her marriage with Vijay. But unfortunately, the letter reaches into the hands of Gopal. In a stunning twist of events, Gopal cunningly impersonates his best friend Vijay and meets Seema's father. Her father immediately approves of him.

Seema, thinking she is marrying Vijay, actually gets married to Gopal. It's only after the sacred saat pheras that Seema learns that she has been conned by Gopal. Why did a good guy like Gopal betray his friend? Will Seema always be a sad lady? Will Vijay ruin his life? Or will there be another twist of events bringing a new change in their lives? This is what remains to be seen in Yeh Pyar Hi To Hai.
