Krishna oberoi(shammi kapoor) is a big industrialist. He is very fond of his
grand son raj oberoi(govinda), who due to an accident has become like a small
child. Murari(kader khan) is his companion. Krishna oberoi has two sons
dilip(shakti kapoor) and ashish(jung bahadur) who after the property of krishna
oberoi, which apparently would go to raj. Raj oberoi is sent unwilling to simla
with murari and meena(preeti jhingiani). There raj disappears in an avalanche
and the entire property is taken over by kin of krishna oberoi. But all has not
been over when suddenly banne khan(govinda) an exact looking alike of raj
appears on the scene with his nurse salma(raveena). Then starts a game of one -
