Veer Zaara recounts the epic tale of an Indian man, Veer Pratap Singh (Shahrukh
Khan) and a Pakistani woman, Zaara Hayaat Khan (Preity Zinta) - a story of a
love so great that it knows no boundaries. It is also the story of Saamiya
Siddiqui (Rani Mukerji), a Pakistani lawyer who tries to break the barriers
separating the two.
