Kabir (Abhishek Bachchan) an orphan brought up by a childless couple meets
Pooja (Keerti Reddy), an advertising executive from Mumbai who comes to Agra for
a friend's wedding. He falls in love with Pooja but she has no intentions of
entertaining Kabir who hasn't a cent to his name. Life in the mad, bad ad world
isn't easy because Pooja's ideas are always being tossed aside by her boss
Oberoi (Kadar Khan). When she takes three extra days leave, her boss threatens
to sack her. To prevent this her friend, Maggie (Johnny Lever) cooks up a tale
about her engagement to Kabir.
When the wealthy man of her dreams, Raj Oberoi (Sanjay Suri), comes into her
life, Pooja actually starts believing that dreams do come true. But before they
do, she'll have to get rid of her fictitious fiancé Kabir who has followed her
to Mumbai and found her at the ad agency. What's worse is that he also manages
to win over her boss. When she opens her heart to him about her dreams, Kabir
promises her that he'll leave. He first helps to make all her dreams come true
and then returns to Agra. But will she follow him, now that she has understood
the meaning of true love.
