"Shor" (noise) is the heartbeat of life. People make noise when they are
rejoicing and even when wailing. Basically our life is one sound - track of "shor"
itself. "Shor" is a story of common man life you and me. Every one of us likes
to interact with a special person - but what if that beloved cannot speak.
Shankar (Manoj Kumar) is a common man- who can hear all the sound around him
except Deepak's (Master Satyajit) his son. Shankar's only wish in his life is to
hear his son. It is the story of Khan (Prem Nath), who says to Shankar : "keep
faith in the Almighty . He give and takes back. And when takes back, he can give
again - so have faith". Of Raat Ki Rani (Jaya Bhaduri) who says: "You tried to
molest me! Give me all the money from your pocket or else I'll scream!". Of
Deepak (Master Satyajit) , who says: "Oh God , if I do not get back my voice,
what will happen to my Daddy ? What will be Khan Uncle's plight ?". Here then is
a poignant and awe-inspiring tale about today's people, today's problems,
today's hopes, faith, aspiration, frustrations, joy and sorrows, all dissolved
in the crucible of "Shor". "Shor" is the song of human emotions ; it is the cry
of humanity ; the call of the soul; the rejoicing of the human heart; the
anguish of human sorrow. "Shor" is the echo of Love and Emotion.
