Sagar Chauhan (Sunil Shetty), a leader of the special protection squad is a
man of great repute. He saves a judge from a series of attacks by Jabbar (Shahbaaz
Khan) and Dhanraj (Pramod Moutho). Gopal Pande (Shehzad Khan), a close friend
requests him to keep an eye on Pratap Rai's (Danny) wife, Meenal Rai (Raveena
Tandon) who has suicidal tendencies. He reluctantly takes up the job. He saves
her from commiting suicde. They gradually become good friends. Meenal’s fondness
for him matures into love. When Sagar doesn’t reciprocate, she is heartbroken
and commits suicide.
