Advertising executive Sanjay Saxena(Aftab Shivdasani) killed by one of his girl friends because of his numerous affairs. Sanjay (Aftab Shivdasani) is denied a place in heaven thanks to his philandering lifestyle. The gods decide that Sanjay has to somehow learn to respect feminity. At the same time the gods think hell is as unworthy place for him as, essentially, he has been a nice person. Therefore, Lord Shiva & Lord Parvati decide to give him a second chance and send him back to earth as a woman. The purpose is being to learn to respect womankind. So Sanjay turns Sanjana (Antara Mali). A man in a woman's body... a woman in a man's world. Comedy begins there. For the first time he starts seeing the world through a woman's eyes when his best friend Shekhar (Riteish Deshmukh)falling in love with him. And it's not easy! Can Sanjay (Aftab Shivdasani) realize what womanhood is all about?
