Railway Minister and former chief minister of Bihar , Laloo Prasad Yadav on Saturday shot for his debut appearance in Hindi cinema , and acting came so easily to him that the shot for Mahesh Manjrekar´s film ´ Padmashree Laloo Prasad Yadav ´ , was okayed in one take at his residence in Patna . Johnny Lever , who also stars in the film , could not help but comment after the shot , " He (Laloo) is a born actor . He just happens to be in politics ." In the scene where he makes a guest appearance , the minister , clad in white khadi ´churidar-kurta´ and holding a ´lathi´ , is shown rebuking the four main characters of the film Padmashree (Mausumi) , Laloo(Suneil Shetty) , Prasad(Manjrekar) and Yadav (Johnny Lever).

Turning to Padmashree , Laloo says , " Tumhi Padmashree ho jo South Africa main udham machaai thi ?" As one of the two attendents charges to beat Padmashree , Laloo stops him . "Maaf kijiye , " she pleads . Laloo then says , " Chori nahin karna . Desh ka naam roshan karna . Dekha lathi ? Maarke taang tod doonga ." Padmashree pleads forgiveness again . " Baitho , chai peeyo ," Laloo tells her and asks her to sit beside him . Director Manjrekar refuses to talk about Laloo´s character in the film . "His is a cameo role . There should be some surprise element in the film . Watch it in the theater , " he says
