Bhau Patil and Baadshah Khan are underworld dons. The rivalry of the gangs has created havoc in the city. Police Commissioner hands over this case to encounter specialist A.C.P. Khan (Om Puri) but A.C.P Baghmare (Govind Namdeo) is not happy with Khan’s way of working. A.C.P Khan believes in killing the criminal instead of just arresting and putting him behind the bars.
