The first half of this movie was exceptional. Suspense was wonderful. However,
in the second half, more so the latter part of it, the movie began to become too
much of a drag. There seemed to be too much violence and repetitive action
scenes. The movie could have been edited more so it wouldn't be so long. Amitabh
had too much of the spotlight, and as a consequence, Aishwarya, Ajay Devgan, and
Tusshar's characters were not as well developed as they could have been. It
looked like a khakee filter was used throughout the movie, making the frames,
that were already very monotone with police uniforms, even more monotone. True,
it made it more realistic/grim, but it gets sickening after a while. Songs were
cool, especially Aisa Jadoo. Aishwarya had an interesting role and deserved more
on screen time. Ajay, likewise, has prooven to be a very talented actor but
didn't get a good chance to showcase it.
