It’s always a nice and different experience to review a non-hyped small banner/maker film, so without going into a sermon, lets check out 'Chaahat-Ek Nasha...' The opening track 'Yeh chehra ye aankhen, yeh zulfen ye jalwe, Itna haseen to koi dekha nahin sanam, Mohabat hai tumse mohabat ki kasam' has some good lyrics by Praveen Bharadwaj. The singing by Udit and Alka are good. It’s a soft romantic melodious track, though inspired in parts by ‘Milke na honge judaa, Haan kasam kha le’ from ’Pyar Jhukta Nahin‘. Next is ‘Dil ki baatein kabhi dil mein kyon rah jaati hain, Anjane mein Zindagi tanha kyun rah jati hai'. This one is the title track sung by the Kumar Sanu clone Babul Supriyo, Sunidhi Chauhan and the talented Shreya Ghoshal. It seems to be a party-cum-situational number, which will come at an important juncture in the movie. The song is hummable.
