Bas Itna Sa Khwaab hai as the name suggests, is the story of dreams and
aspirations. Suraj Shrivastava (Abhishek Bachchan), is an aspiring young men who
wants to make it big in life . Naved Ali (Jackie Shroff), a media baron, is the
ideal guru for any young aspiring man. Suraj is also one among them, he is in
awe of Naved and wants to follow his way to the top. Bas Itna Sa Khwaab hai
traces Suraj journey towards his ultimate goal and watches the dreams and
desires of this boy change along the way. They change every time he achieves one
goal and finds that it is not enough until the time that he decides that, "All I
want is everything" In his pursuit of everything, he finds love in Pooja (Rani
Mukherjee), understanding in Lara (Sushmita Sen), and a driving force in Naved
Ali. But somewhere along the way, he decides that everything is not truly what
he wants, it is in fact the little things that he once had, that gave him the
happiness and now he desperately seeks them. So he sets out to make things right
