Raj (Bobby Deol) a Horse Polo coach, leaves for Switzerland with his wife
Priya (Kareena Kapoor) for work. They have the married couple of Vicky (Akshay
Kumar) and Sonia (Bipasha Basu) as neighbors. Soon the four become great
friends. The difference between Raj and Vicky is that Raj is an employee and
Vicky is a filthy rich man. Raj believes in co-incidence, while Vicky believes
in planning. Life Styles of Vicky and Priya match each other and surprisingly,
attitudes of Raj and Sonia match. The relation between the two friends takes a
turn when Vicky offers Raj the idea of wife swapping. Raj's anger brings about
